PB, Banana & Oat Milk Smoothie

Filling, delicious and good start to your day.

  • 1 cup of cold almond milk
  • Image1/2 banana (frozen is ideal)
  • 2 Tbsp of natural peanut butter (I cut this back to 1 Tbsp, trying to cut some calories)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp old-fashioned oats, ground fine (I used a coffee grinder)

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Enjoy!

Calories: 345 approx (284 if you cut back on the peanut butter).
