Adapted from the Cava website – so easy and delicious.
- Boneless + skinless chicken breasts (4 or 5)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. juice from 1/2 lemon)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (not white, not balsamic)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine. Marinate for an hour at room temp or more in fridge. Grill them for best flavor!
