“Cava” Chicken Marinade

Adapted from the Cava website – so easy and delicious.

  • Boneless + skinless chicken breasts (4 or 5)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. juice from 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (not white, not balsamic)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine. Marinate for an hour at room temp or more in fridge. Grill them for best flavor!
